Is there a curtain rail in the living space?

The houses are equipped with curtain rails including curtains.

Can I hang something on the walls of the living space?

You can use a special hanging system with mounting rail in every living space to hang wall decoration on the walls of the living space, for example paintings or photo frames.

Is there a TV and internet connection?

Every living space has fiber optic internet (plug & play) and you can use Wi-Fi in the entire building.

Is there a laundry machine / dryer available in the building?

Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer available for common use.

Do I have my own parking space at Eindhoven ONE?

At Eindhoven ONE it’s possible to have your own parking space (to be rented separately) on a parking terrain with 24/7 camera surveillance.

Do I have to take out a home insurance and liability insurance myself?

Yes, as a tenant you must ensure proper and adequate household insurance. It is also mandatory to have or take out liability insurance.

CANCEL RENTAL AGREEMENT

How can I cancel my rent?

The rental contracts for the living spaces in Eindhoven ONE are available on a short stay base (max. 6 months, for expats and international students only). In this period both the tenant and the lessor cannot terminate the agreement prematurely by cancellation.

Will my living space be inspected?

The tenant and landlord will carry out a final inspection before the end of your lease. This final inspection is held on a working day between 9 AM and 5 PM, even if the last day of the rental period falls on the weekend. During the final inspection, it is determined which repairs may have to be carried out before the lease expires. The costs of any repairs are at the expense of the tenant. Tenant and landlord receive a copy of the final inspection.

The tenant allows the landlord to perform the final inspection. If this does not happen, a fine will follow.

RENTAL INCREASE

When can the rent be increased?

The rental price and the reimbursements for additional deliveries and services will not be changed during the term of the rental agreement (maximum of 6 months).

Is keeping pets allowed in the living spaces of Eindhoven ONE?

No, this is not allowed.

Can I smoke in the living spaces or in the building?

No, smoking or the use of drugs in the home or in the common areas is not permitted.
